Morning Walk.

Recently I been having 30 minutes morning walks around my neighboorhood. I started doing it for my health, mentally and physically. Morning walks are helping me little by little to find strength, to make goals and reach them, and it’s helping me grow more as a person too. Walking was out of my routine before, but now I’m making it part of my daily recovery process. Walking is motivating me, it makes me feel that I’m strong and I can reach whatever goal or dream I dare to have.

I invite you to do it, at least once. Go around, walk by yourself, and you will discover new things about yourself. I wasn’t expecting to walk interruptly for 30 minutes, and I’m doing it now. I feel proud of me, I know this is a small beginning but it’s something.
